‘I love my job’ Become a Great Place to Work – A follow up
Resolve some of your challenges in implementing best practice
A follow up session on the ‘I love my job’ Become a Great Place to Work workshop, is on 14 August 2008 from 2pm – 5pm. This session is a follow on from the 2 July 2008 workshop, where Vanessa Van Wyk, Director of Binarix covered the following – • Why creating a “creating a great place to work” environment makes good business sense • The 7 critical drivers to creating the workplace of choice. • Creating an action plan to implement • Access to quick, practical techniques and resources • Adapt big business innovations for small business owners
On 14 August Vanessa has offered to follow up and advice on any implementation of any of the aspects of the workshops held on 2 July 2008 and on 22 June 2007, which was presented by Ian Hutchinson.
This workshop is also for first time attendees to work through some of the above challenging concepts and ideas if they are adopted in your workplace.
